Navy Federal Credit Union Credit Card – Insurance Blog

Hello money makers! Jacob here with another video to help you put your money to work. I hope you are all doing well today. I’ve been busy in Las Vegas, but once the camera is on, I’m ready to share some helpful tools and information with you. If you haven’t already, be sure to subscribe to my channel. It’s growing quickly and I appreciate all your support.

In this video, we’re going to talk about Navy Federal and the best first credit card to take with them. Now, keep in mind that everyone’s situation is different, so what may be the best option for one person may not be the best option for another. Navy Federal Credit Union offers a variety of credit cards and we’ll look at a few of their tools to help you make an informed decision.

Let’s talk about eligibility first. To join Navy Federal, you must either be a military member, veteran, Department of Defense employee, or have a close relationship with a military member. They usually pull your credit report from TransUnion when you apply for a credit card, although there is a slight chance they will get it from Equifax.

Now let’s take a look at the credit cards offered by Navy Federal. All of their cards except the flagship card have no annual fee. The flagship card has an annual fee of $49, but it offers higher credit limits. Speaking of credit limits, Navy Federal allows you to have up to three credit cards with a maximum credit limit of $80,000 on all three cards.

For beginners, I recommend considering the Navy Federal GO REWARDS, Cash Rewards, or Platinum card. These cards are generally easier to get, especially if you have average to excellent credit. However, if you’re rebuilding your credit, the Navy Federal nRewards Secured Card could be a good option.

You can use Navy Federal’s pre-qualification tool to see if you qualify for their credit cards. Keep in mind that this tool doesn’t always give accurate results, so it’s worth contacting a representative if you don’t qualify for anything. Another useful tool is their Card Finder tool, which asks you a series of questions to help you determine the best credit card for you.

Overall, Navy Federal offers a range of credit cards to meet different needs. Whether you’re looking for cash back, travel rewards, or merchandise, they have a card that can meet your needs. Just make sure you choose the card that matches your credit history and financial goals.

That’s all for this video. I hope this was helpful in choosing the best Navy Federal credit card for you. If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments below. As always, keep your money growing!
